This advanced step workout will strengthen your heart and lungs, and burn more overall calories compared to steady state aerobic training - both during and after the workout.
 
True to her reputation as an expert instructor, Gin guides you through this uncomplicated, easy-to-follow, intense workout which can be performed twice weekly, following the recommended rest of 48 hours between cardio interval training workout sessions.

Rating Short & Sweet is really Short & SWEAT
 
Thank goodness that this is a short version of Gin's interval workout---I would never make it through a longer version! It is a tough, no-nonsense winner. Gin is an excellent instructor and easy to follow with various levels to challenge you. Her friendly encouragement helps motivate me to push myself further.

Rating Simply Interval is Simply a great step workout!
 
I've been working out utilizing Gin's Simply Step Classic Moves DVD for the last 4 years (and LOVE this DVD too); but in the last 6 months have gotten serious about fitness and my health and needed to add a new Gin step "class." In my workout routine - 5 days a week - I like to have a step "class" at least once a week if not twice for a serious cardio boost. Since I loved Gin's Simply Step workout, I thought I'd try something a little more advanced - WOW! This is an advanced version for sure if you follow Gin, but love that she always has a modified version stepping right next to her. When I want to challenge myself with advanced moves I follow Gin and never miss a beat when I need to shift down to follow the modified stepper. I love that there are options on this dvd which includes a "repeat" type option. The routine is well paced which is no surprise since Gin is the MASTER of all things Step. Thanks Gin for a great routine! Love it - PS: you helped me lose 45 lbs, 5 dress sizes, and feel great!
