Shipping

Order Processing and Shipping
 
Shipping Cutoff Time:  2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
 
Shipping Days:  Monday - Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays.
  • Orders received prior to 2:00 pm EST are shipped the same day. 
  • After 2:00 pm, orders will ship the next business day. 
  • Orders received weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day. 
Notifications
 
Email notices are generally received as follows:
  • Order confirmation - indicates your order has been submitted successfully
  • Order shipped - we are now using a system that bypasses the processing step and as soon as your label is printed, you will receive a notice of shipping with a tracking number. 

In special circumstances, you may receive one of the following notices:

  • Order Processing - indicates your order has been reviewed and is in the process of being fulfilled. This now means that your order is being handled by our main warehouse location - generally that it contains an item not in stock at our satellite shipping location.
  • Order on Hold - indicates that there was a problem with completing your order and an email has been sent regarding the issue.  Order remains on hold until reply.
  • Order Shipped - indicates your order has been sent.  Unless handled manually, the email now comes from our Shipping Easy account and contains the tracking number associated with your package
  • Partial Shipment - indicates that your order has been shipped in part but the remaining items will be shipped on receipt of inventory or dropshipped from another location.
  • Order Cancelled - to cancel an order, reply to the confirmation prior to the shipping cutoff time.  You will receive a notice of cancellation if the package has not already processed.
  • UPS or FedEx Notice - you will receive a separate email direct from the carrier after the package is entered into their system.  Please note that there can be a delay of up to 3 hours from the time of our shipping notice and the carrier email notice with tracking information.

Continental US  

USPS - United States Postal Service
 
Priority Mail Flat Rate with Delivery Confirmation - single or multiple DVDs - estimated delivery is 2-3 business days within the continental US.
  • Delivery time is NOT guaranteed by the Post Office. 
  • Weekends and holidays should not be counted in the estimate. 
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.
  • US territories and West Coast deliveries may take longer - allow a minimum of 6 business days for delivery. 
  • Delivery confirmation is now considered to be tracking by the USPS and, under normal circumstances, you are provided the number with the shipping confirmation.    

US Domestic First Class Mail - single or multiple DVDs, with tracking.  Please allow a 5-7 business days for delivery.

FedX or UPS -
  • FedX - home delivery (no PO boxes)
  • UPS - Ground (no PO boxes)
  • For faster delivery, other options will display at checkout, including overnight and 2 day delivery.
Canada
 
USPS International Priority Mail -
  • Customs forms are completed with actual cost of product less shipping. 
  • Customer is responsible for any customs or duties on packages received.  If packages are being sent as gifts, please indicate in the additional text field provided during checkout.
  • Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
First Class Mail - International
  • Customer is responsible for any customs or duties on packages received.  If packages are being sent as gifts, please indicate in the additional text field provided during checkout.
  • Delivery times vary by destination.  Please allow a minimum of 14 business days.
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.

International Priority Mail - USPS (fastest)
  • Overseas packages can be shipped via USPS international priority mail.
  • Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Customs forms are completed with the cost of product, less shipping. If packages are being sent as gifts, please indicate in the additional text field provided during checkout.
  • Allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery: USPS estimates 6-10 business days
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.
First Class Mail - International (slower)
  • Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Delivery times vary by destination.  Please allow a minimum of 14 business days.
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.
Customs Clearance - Please be aware that most delays in delivery for international packages are due to requirements in clearing customs.  We ask that you allow the following minimum estimated delivery days, excluding weekends and holidays, prior to inquiring about your order status.

International packages sent via USPS are NOW trackable, and a number is provided in the shipping notice.  This is not necessarily a guarantee of delivery but it allows us to determine if the package has been lost in transit.  In most cases, where tracking leads to a dead end, we will resend a package but it is on a case by case basis.  We try to get your package delivered successfully to you!
