Shipping Information

Order Processing and Shipping
 
Shipping Cutoff Time:  2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
 
Shipping Days:  Monday - Friday, excluding US Federal Holidays
  • Orders received prior to 2:00 pm EST are shipped the same day. 
  • After 2:00 pm, orders will ship the next business day. 
  • Orders received weekends and holidays are shipped the next business day.

Continental US  
USPS - United States Postal Service
 
Priority Mail Flat Rate with Delivery Confirmation - single or multiple DVDs - estimated delivery is 2-3 business days.
  • Delivery time is NOT guaranteed by the Post Office. 
  • Weekends and holidays should not be counted in the estimate. 
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.
  • US territories and West Coast deliveries may take longer - allow a minimum of 6 business days for delivery. 
  • Delivery confirmation is NOT the same as tracking - it only tells us that the package reached the intended destination.  

First Class Mail - single or multiple DVDs - Includes delivery confimation.  Please allow a 5-7 business days for delivery.

Tracking Options with FedX or UPS
 
If you prefer to track your package, we recommend either: 
  • FedX - home delivery (no PO boxes)
  • UPS - Ground (no PO boxes)
  • For faster delivery, other options will display at checkout, including overnight and 2 day delivery.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you in a separate email from the respective carrier.  Shipping confirmation from our store will likely be received first.  Please note there may be a slight delay in receiving the tracking information from the carrier.

Canada

USPS International Priority Mail -
  • Most items are shipped via International Priority Mail. 
  • Customs forms are completed with actual cost of product less shipping. 
  • Customer is responsible for any customs or duties on packages received.  If packages are being sent as gifts, please indicate in the additional text field provided during checkout.
  • Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery
First Class Mail - International
  • Delivery times vary by destination.  Please allow a minimum of 14 business days.
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.
International Orders
 
Step Platforms: due to the weight and dimensions of this item, it is cost prohibitive to ship overseas and outside of the continental US.
 
Weighted Items: Due to the weight and size, these items are also not shipped overseas - domestic orders only.

International Priority Mail - USPS
  • Overseas packages can be shipped via USPS international priority mail.
  • Customs and duties are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Customs forms are completed with the cost of product, less shipping. If packages are being sent as gifts, please indicate in the additional text field provided during checkout.
  • Allow a minimum of 10 business days for delivery - USPS estimates 6-10 business days
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.
First Class Mail - International
  • Delivery times vary by destination.  Please allow a minimum of 14 business days.
  • Expect delays in delivery around the holidays.
International packages sent via USPS are not trackable, but we can check to see if the package has cleared customs.  Trackable means are cost prohibitive for orders to Canada and Internationally.  Please allow the full estimated delivery time prior to requesting a customs check. 
 
Notifications
 
Email notices will be received as follows:
  • Order confirmation - indicates your order has been submitted successfully
  • Order Processing - indicates your order has been reviewed and is in the process of being fulfilled
  • Order on Hold - indicates that there was a problem with completing your order and an email has been sent regarding the issue.  Order remains on hold until reply.
  • Order Shipped - indicates your order has been sent
  • Partial Shipment - indicates that your order has been shipped in part but the remaining items will be shipped on receipt of inventory or dropshipped from another location.
  • Order Cancelled - to cancel an order, reply to the confirmation prior to the shipping cutoff time.  You will receive a notice of cancellation if the package has not already processed.
