We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing or damage in transit for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
Copyright Materials - DVDs
For copyright reasons, we generally do not accept returns of DVDs for reasons other than defects. However, your satisfaction is important to us, so feel free to contact us to inquire about returning your purchase.
Return Process - Please email us prior to returns, stating the specific reason for the return, and an address will be provided to you for the return. If it is an error in fulfillment, the replacement will be sent immediately. For any other reason, replacements or credits will be processed on receipt of the returned item.
Refunds - If requesting a refund, only the cost of product can be credited to your account. |
