Using The Ramp as a strength training device provides new options for modification and intensification including elements of balance and stabilization.
Ramp Strong includes a warm-up, sequential strength training exercises, and a slow stretch and can be done at home as a workout.
Note - The Ramp is no longer in production. If you don't have one, you can search for a used one on ebay or check the video fitness forum for leads. The workout's can be used with Leslie Sansone's 'walkblaster' or similar incline product.
