I purchased this DVD last year & have used it about 3-4 times a week. It is just what a first stepper needs to learn the moves. Gin shows the basic steps slowly at the beginning before going more quickly. Unlike many other DVDs where the instructor is more intent on showing off his/her moves or those horrid group instructors where one doesn't know who to follow....this is just perfect and a must for a newbie...Gin is a born teacher.

Great For Easier Days
I am an advanced stepper but I love this video on days when I want an easier workout. I still get an excellent workout if I want by adding more arm movements. The length of the workout is great. Gin Miller is always wonderful to work out with. It's pleasant to work out with her one on one instead of with a group where everyone is laughing in a fake manner. The time flies by and it's enjoyable. I do this workout often, and you can make it as easy or as hard as you need to.

Gin is a Great Teacher
This is an excellent DVD for beginning/intermediate steppers. Gin delivers exactly what she promises--an easy to follow step workout. You will sweat and burn calories and get your heart pumping. It's easy to turn it up a notch - just do the movements with more intensity, a taller step, or with bigger movements. Gin provides the motivation, you provide the movement.
